we love racing, and yeah, we do love a podium.

we love racing, and yeah, we do love a podium.

yet, there is so much more to this sport than standing on that top spot.

setting process goals shifts our focus to what we can control in each race. what matters to you. what can you execute that day. what do you want to work on. these little goals and littles wins are what keep us in the sport for the long haul, instead of tying our success to a result.

with each race, we go in with intentions of what we want to achieve:
⚡️ set a new power pr
⚡️ stay with the peloton when it hurts
⚡️ nail a corner you’ve been working in
⚡️ hit that bottle feed (or hand up 🍻 )
⚡️ communicante well with teammates
⚡️ setup a teammate for an attack or sprint

racing can be hard af, wildly rewarding, all-consuming. though we show up every day to test our limits, work through the chaos with teammates, and see just how far this crazy sport can take us 🚀
