Kai 🥇 on the podium at Oakland Grand Prix! What a perfect ending to our first season as a team!
Lots of rain made for less than ideal crit racing conditions, but Kai played it safe and smart. In the last lap, Kai went on the attack and got ahead of the front of the pack before the slick hairpin turn. A few riders were stuck on his wheel through the turn and into the headwind on the backstretch. Vying for position, Kai came through the final corners first and into the downhill at high speed to take first in the sprint finish!
Congrats Kai, Danny, James, and RJ on a tough race, and thank you to all the volunteers who came out despite the rain ❤️🔥
